If a person who is impure (because of sexual activity), conducts a business transaction before ghusl, will the transaction be correct?<\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The business transaction will be valid without ghusl.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For a business deal to be concluded the offer and acceptance is necessary. After the price is paid, the item is handed over to the purchaser. Ghusl is not a condition to make a business transaction.<\/span><\/p>\n
