After sleeping with my wife, in the morning I had ghusl and ensured there were no impurities, But during work, I realised before praying zohr my trousers became soiled with madhee and my privates still had madhee flowing out as a result I washed my privates and trousers and waited for a while, I then unfortunately missed the Jamat.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Then closer to asr time or before asr time like 30 minutes, I was still leaking and even whilst making wudu was still leaking and the madhee still flowed onto my trousers. So I made wudu and checked my privates, I could still see madhee, I then performed salah. do I still need to repeat the salah, as I had no control over the madhee flowing out. Also, what is the appropriate way of addressing these problems, it happens once in a while and I don’t want to end up making qadha.<\/span><\/p>\n

The condition that is described above, in your question, fits the definition of a <\/span>ma\u2018dh\u016br<\/span><\/i> (excused person). A<\/span>n excused person<\/span> (<\/span>ma\u2018dh\u016br)<\/span><\/i> with respect to the laws of purification is one who experiences the continuous exiting of ritual impurity from the body, such as a continuous nose bleed, dripping of urine continuously in such a way that it remains for the period of one complete <\/span>sala\u0304t <\/span><\/i>time and one does not find enough time wherein he\/she can perform <\/span>wudu\u0304\u2019 <\/span><\/i>and can pray the <\/span>fard <\/span><\/i>of the <\/span>sala\u0304t.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

So there is no need to repeat the sala\u0304h that was performed in the said state, unless the impurity on the trouser is equal to the amount of a dirham <\/i>and there was enough time to wash the impurity off and pray the Sala\u0304h, without the trouser getting dirty again.<\/span><\/p>\n

If an excused (<\/span>ma\u2018dh\u016br<\/span><\/i>) person\u2019s clothing has some physical impurity on it and the impurity is equal to the amount of a <\/span>dirham<\/span><\/i> and it is not possible to wash it because of the clothing becoming impure again, then it will not be necessary to wash it before praying the <\/span>sala\u0304t<\/span><\/i>. However, if he thinks that it is possible to wash it and perform the <\/span>sala\u0304t <\/span><\/i>without the impurity getting on the clothing again, then it will be necessary to remove the impurity otherwise the <\/span>sala\u0304t <\/span><\/i>will not be valid.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
