My sister wants to know due to her living in the city, my cousin lives in a location but she want to send her child to the city.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She is asking if she can give a letter of residence to my cousin for her child to get a better school<\/span><\/p>\n

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Answer:<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Speaking lies and deceiving are major sins. It is not permissible to lie and fake a residency to get a school admission.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

However to make it easy, you can tell your cousin to send her child to stay by you often or sometimes and you can give her the letter of residence.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This is done for you not to openly lie and deceive for the child to get a good school.<\/span><\/p>\n
