My friend\u2019s camp location may not come under the boundary of muzdalifah, do we have to give damm if that’s the case.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, in the case that one\u2019s camp is outside the boundaries of Muzdalifah, it will be as if they missed the stay in Muzdalifah altogether. In that case, a damm will be due on him since staying in Muzdalifah is one of the obligatory rituals.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

*Damm: Refers to the slaughtering of a goat, a sheep, a one-seventh part of a cow, or a one-seventh part of a camel within the precincts of the Haram in lieu of certain violations made while performing the rites of Hajj and Umrah.<\/span><\/p>\n
