I’m suffering from extreme waswasa from last 9-10 month. My waswasa is about drops of urine. I felt the drops but not certain, but after checking it: Most of the time there is nothing (I’m certain before checking it that there is no drops). But 1-2 time there is something (But before checking I’m certain that nothings drops but still checked and this happens).<\/span><\/p>\n

Did I want to check every time after feeling because I saw a answer on Darul-Ifta Deoband web that when you feel you go and check it. But My feeling is so continuous. What do I do? Please Answer me And Please Remember me in your supplication!<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

After urinating perform istibra (freeing oneself of urine drops) to make sure all possible remaining drops of urine have passed stopped and that you feel at ease.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This can be done whether by walking, coughing, lying down, or any other method, such as gently pressing your penis or placing a tissue under your lower garment and walking according to what suits you better.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Then you may sprinkle some water on your trousers or underpants, so that next time the thought of urine comes, you\u2019ll assume that this is only due to this wetness, nothing more.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Once you have taken reasonable precaution, you will be considered to be free of urine, so you should ignore any feelings or doubts about leakage.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is not cautious to keep checking, as this can feed these obsessive thoughts (waswasa) and this is a form of trouble from Shaytaan.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This is in line with the legal maxim, “there is no consideration for mere suspicion,” meaning that legal verdicts cannot be based on a highly unlikely possibility of occurrence. [Qawaid Al Fiqhiyyah P25]<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n
