In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful. <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Imam Darimi writes that the devil flees from a house in which Ayatul Kursi is recited and does not return until morning.\u00a0 (Sunan Darimi)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Qadhi Thanaullah writes that Saaiduna Abu Umamah Radiallahu Anhu narrates that the Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alhi Wasalam said that whomsoever recites Ayatul Kursi in the night before sleeping, Allah will protect him, his house and the neighbouring houses.\u00a0 (Tafsir Mazhari)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Holy Quran says that every human being has two angels who follow us around throughout our entire lives.\u00a0 They are known as \u201cKiraman Katieen\u201d (the noble writers).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Their only duty is to write down and record every action we do each day.\u00a0 One sits on our right and records all our good deeds and the angel on the left records our bad deeds.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Allah (SWA) says \u201cBehold, two (guardian angels), one sitting on the right and one on the left\u201d.\u00a0 (Surah Qaaf v.17)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n With regards to your question that do the \u201cKiraman Katibeen\u201d and other angels who protect you if you read \u201cAyatul Kursi\u201d enter in a house in which there are pictures or dogs is as follows:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam has said, \u201cAngels do not enter a house where there is a dog or picture\u201d.\u00a0 (Sahih Bukhari)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Hafiz Ibn Hajr (RA) has written that there are differences of opinions regarding what is meant by angels.\u00a0 Some scholars say that the \u201cKiraman Katibeen\u201d is an exception to this hadith whilst some say it includes all angels.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Other muhaditheen say that only the \u201crahmat angels\u201d (those who come with mercy and to protect people) do not enter the house whilst others may do.\u00a0 (Fathul Bari p.443 v.10)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The precautious actions would be to remove any pictures or dogs from ones home.\u00a0 If the pictures are covered then that will be sufficient.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Only Allah Knows Best<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Mohammed Tosir Miah<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Darul Ifta Birmingham<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Angels entering where there are pictures In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.
