I’ve noticed some masaajid do their jumu’ah collection between the 2 khutbahs. What’s the verdict on that?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Answer:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is the duty of the muqtadee, the person who is following the Imam in Jummah, for him to remain quiet and not speak during that period of time. It would not be acceptable therefore for any other action similar to that or greater, to take place during that period.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

There should be no collection taking place in between the two khutbaas.<\/span><\/p>\n
