 <\/p>\n

Yes, nowadays there are many Islamic banks that work in such a way that the bank enters into a Murabahah (sale contract) or a Musharakah (partnership) contract. In Murabahah, the bank purchases the property for a certain price and then sells it to the client at a marked-up amount, creating a debt that the client repays in instalments. Alternatively, under Musharakah, the bank and the client jointly purchase the property. The client gradually buys out the bank\u2019s share, gaining full ownership once the bank’s contribution is completely paid off.<\/span><\/p>\n
