I live in Italy so if I do some jobs in a car business, but I don\u2019t declare that money. In Italy it is illegal, because you don\u2019t pay taxes for that money. If there is a second income, is it permissible to do?<\/span><\/p>\n

No, it is not permissible to do jobs without declaring the money if it is illegal in Italy. Islam emphasizes the importance of living in accordance with the law of the land as long as the law doesn\u2019t clearly go against the Shariah as is seen through many ayahs in the Quran and Ahadith of Rasulullah (saw).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
