Why is there a difference in ruling in Hurmat al-musahara when Inzaal happens and when Inzaal doesn’t happen? Touching and getting Shahwat (\u0627\u0646\u062a\u0634\u0627\u0631 \u0627\u0644\u0622\u0644\u0629) without inzaal causes hurmat. But, if Inzaal happens, hurmat does not take place.<\/span><\/p>\n

The establishment of <\/span>\u1e25<\/span>urmat al-mu<\/span>\u1e63<\/span>aharah revolves around the act of intercourse, as looking and touching are considered primary causes that lead to intercourse. Therefore, the establishment of <\/span>\u1e25<\/span>urmat al-mu<\/span>\u1e63<\/span>aharah has been linked to looking and touching.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The mere act of touching or looking is considered because of its potential to lead to intercourse. However, if ejaculation occurs, this indicates that the looking or touching will not result in intercourse. For this reason, <\/span>\u1e25<\/span>urmat al-mu<\/span>\u1e63<\/span>aharah is not established when ejaculation has taken place. <\/span>This does not mean that the prohibition was already established through touching and then nullified by ejaculation. Rather, for touching and looking to be fully recognised as causes of prohibition, their effect is contingent upon the absence of ejaculation. When ejaculation occurs, it becomes clear that the looking or touching will not lead to intercourse, and hence, <\/span>\u1e25<\/span>urmat al-mu<\/span>\u1e63<\/span>aharah is not established.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The hurmat al-musahara is permanent once established and cannot be nullified.<\/span><\/p>\n
