Need urgent answer. Person was old and left for his country already<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>In the name of Allah, the <\/strong><strong>Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Answer:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">If a person has started the Tawaf but does not complete it, and leaves the country, then the ruling will depend on the type of Tawaf. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">There are 3 types of tawaf:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Tawaf Ul-Ziyarah:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">If it is Tawaf al-Ziyarah which is a\u00a0rukn\u00a0(integral part) of Hajj. If someone performs only part of it (e.g., 2 rounds) and then leaves without completing it, the Hajj remains invalid. It is mandatory to return to complete it if possible. If returning is impossible, the person must offer a\u00a0dam\u00a0(sacrificial animal) as expiation, but this does not replace the obligation of completing the Tawaf if he is capable of returning to do it<a href=\"#_edn1\" name=\"_ednref1\">[i]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">For Tawaf Ul-Umrah:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Tawaf is a\u00a0fardh\u00a0(obligatory) part of Umrah. If a person leaves after performing only part of the Tawaf, their Umrah remains incomplete and invalid. It is mandatory for them to return and complete the remaining rounds. If they cannot return, a\u00a0dam\u00a0(sacrifice) becomes obligatory as compensation, but the obligation of Tawaf remains until completed<a href=\"#_edn2\" name=\"_ednref2\">[ii]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">General Ruling on Incomplete Tawaf without intention of hajj or umrah:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Leaving an incomplete Tawaf without valid reason is considered sinful. If a person abandons it, they must return and complete it. If returning is not feasible, the person must offer expiation (a dam). However, this does not absolve them of the obligation if the Tawaf was fardh<a href=\"#_edn3\" name=\"_ednref3\">[iii]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">To conclude, if a nafl tawaf is started, it becomes\u00a0wajib (obligatory)\u00a0to complete it. Leaving it incomplete without a valid excuse is considered a sin.\u00a0If a person leaves Makkah or the country without completing it, they are required to return and complete it if possible.
