Salam, a female is going to Makkah for 2 days, she is already in her period and will be in her period until she leaves Makkah. Is she required to wear the ihram at the time of entry? Then what’s she to do after that?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Anyone intending to cross the Meeqaat must enter into the state of Ihram, regardless of whether the purpose is Hajj, Umrah, or any other reason. Therefore, she will need to assume Ihram by making niyyah and talbiyah. However, since she is in a state of menstruation, she may perform Ghusl but will not pray the two Rak\u2019ahs of Ihram.<\/span><\/p>\n
