If someone started their period at 11pm UK time and they come here and their period lasts 10 days, do you count till 11pm Zambian time or 11pm UK time which would be 1am Zambian time?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The question is technical. The easy way of counting the days irrespective of the travel and time difference is when the bleeding start, from there one start counting the days.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As it reach 10 days, this will be the maximum period of the bleeding. Therefore you will consider the UK time and no consideration to the Zambian time.<\/span><\/p>\n
