There are some circumstances where a person may talk about his brothers and sisters:<\/p>\n

  1. If the person is being oppressed<\/li>\n
  2. Requesting a fatwa<\/li>\n
  3. When seeking marriage or being a witness<\/li>\n
  4. Warning people of anothers\u2019 evil deeds or evil intentions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
