I don&#8217;t know if I intended of divorce at that time because these thoughts are always there in my mind. These thoughts are causing me a lot of stress. My husband doesn&#8217;t know i am thinking all these he didnt even intended or said anything related to divorce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>Answer:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Divorce is in the hands of the husband. As the wife, you cannot give divorce no matter what you say [1]. If your husband gives you a clear Sareeh divorce, or if he gives an ambiguous Kinayah divorce while intending divorce, only then will a divorce occur. If he says an ambiguous phrase not intending divorce, then no divorce occurs [2]. Your own thoughts and intentions are irrelevant.
