Question:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

During a conversation i said to my husband clear or remove whatever you want..to which he said ok done..we were not arguing or discussing divorce..we were discussing about a photo of our daughter in which there is my pic also in the background..but after this conversation suddenly a fear came to mind my mind what if intended anything related to divorce when i mentioned the words remove or clear whatever you want.<\/span><\/p>\n

I always have waswasa of kinaya words of divorce. I don’t know if I intended of divorce at that time because these thoughts are always there in my mind. These thoughts are causing me a lot of stress. My husband doesn’t know i am thinking all these he didnt even intended or said anything related to divorce.<\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Divorce is in the hands of the husband. As the wife, you cannot give divorce no matter what you say [1]. If your husband gives you a clear Sareeh divorce, or if he gives an ambiguous Kinayah divorce while intending divorce, only then will a divorce occur. If he says an ambiguous phrase not intending divorce, then no divorce occurs [2]. Your own thoughts and intentions are irrelevant. As long as he claims he didn\u2019t intend divorce, you should assume you are not divorced.<\/span><\/p>\n
