Question:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If there is a large hall in which salah is performed and there are multiple rows of people standing and praying, and then a gap of 2-3 rows and then a row of people praying salah on chairs, is there salah classified as valid? Will this be regarded as \u0645\u0643\u0627\u0646 \u0648\u0627\u062d\u062f and salah will be correct? Or is their salah affected because of \u0627\u0646\u0642\u0637\u0627\u0639 \u0627\u0644\u0635\u0641\u0648\u0641?<\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is extremely important for the congregation to straighten their rows and ensure there are no gaps before the congregational prayer commences.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

However in this case, even though the rows are not continuous (\u0627\u0646\u0642\u0650\u0637\u0627\u0639 \u0627\u0644\u0635\u064f\u0641\u0648\u0641), the Salat of those praying in the back of the masjid will be valid. This is because the Muqtadi (follower) must be in the same location as the imam (\u0627\u062a\u0650\u0651\u062d\u0627\u062f \u0627\u0644\u0645\u064e\u0643\u0627\u0646). Accordingly, the whole masjid hall will be considered to be one location (\u0645\u064e\u0643\u0627\u0646 \u0648\u0627\u062d\u0650\u062f).<\/span><\/p>\n

However, the people praying on chairs in the back should be instructed to bring their chairs forward and join the rest of the rows of the congregation. This way, there is no discontinuation of the rows. They should also be instructed to place the back legs of their chair in line with the heels of the brothers who pray standing. This will allow late-comers to form a row behind them.<\/span><\/p>\n
