I have made some mudaraba and murabaha investments. I haven’t yet received the profit part as well as the investment part. Do I need to pay zakat on both, any one or none of the parts?<\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is difficult for us to give you an answer regarding the zakah owing\u2014if any\u2014on your mudarabah and murabahah investments as we would need to know the nature of these investments. How many shares and what percentage? Are they long-term investments or short-term? Is it a property? A rental home? A Fleet of cars?[1]<\/span><\/p>\n

Furthermore, when and how zakah will be due will depend on what type of investments they are and the details surrounding such investments.[2]<\/span><\/p>\n
