Question:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I am newly married and I want to ask about the necessitation of ghusl. I want to ask what if the the full tip of penis does not full enter the Farj-Daakhil but only disappears into Farj e Kharij, will this necessitate ghusl if the one does not ejaculate? The couple is sure that the full tip penis hasn’t entered Farj e Daakhil fully. By Farj e Kharij I mean the area between the labia which is called vestibular vulva where there are two opening namely urethral opening and vaginal opening.<\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In principle, if the glans (head of one’s penis) enters inside a woman’s front passage (i.e. the vaginal opening) such that it disappears inside, then Ghusl (bath) will become obligatory whether one ejaculates or not. In your case, it seems like only part of the glans of the penis has entered inside the vaginal opening (and not the whole glans).<\/span><\/p>\n

If this is the case, then Ghusl will NOT become obligatory.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Similarly, if the glans of the penis simply rubs against the Labia, or one’s glans disappears inside the Labia without penetrating the vaginal opening, then Ghusl will not be obligatory. The urethral opening is located inside the flaps of the Labia, and it is above the vaginal opening. Again if the glans simply enters underneath\/inside the Labia (i.e. Al-Farj Al-Khaarij) and touches the urethral opening without penetrating the vaginal opening (Al-Farj Ad-Daakhil), Ghusl will not become necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Hence, as long as the entire head of the penis does not disappear inside the vaginal opening, Ghusl will not be mandatory upon the husband and wife. Otherwise it will be mandatory upon both spouses.<\/span><\/p>\n
