Or will he have to give dum now?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>Answer:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">If the person left Makkah and travelled to Madinah without the intention of performing \u02bfUmrah, then when he returns from Madinah, he can enter into ihr\u0101m from Dhul-\u1e24ulayfah (miq\u0101t of Madinah) and perform \u02bfUmrah, no dam is necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">However, if he passed the miqat (e.g. Dhul-\u1e24ulayfah) while intending to do \u02bfUmrah but
