If a person is overwhelmed with desire, and asks his wife to carry out \u0627\u0644\u0627\u0633\u062a\u0645\u0646\u0627\u0621 \u0628\u0627\u0644\u064a\u062f on him (to avoid actual intimacy) and consequently he releases \u0645\u0646\u064a.<\/span><\/p>\n

Would this warrant Qadh\u0101 & Kaffarah or just Qadh\u0101?<\/span><\/p>\n

In the scenario where a fasting person is overtaken and overwhelmed with desire, such that he cannot control it, and due to this, asks his wife to masturbate him with her hands and consequently he releases sperm as a result, then this will warrant Qadha only and no kaffarrah is required.<\/span><\/p>\n
