{"id":4926,"date":"2013-04-10T17:04:13","date_gmt":"2013-04-10T17:04:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/daruliftabirmingham.co.uk\/?p=4926"},"modified":"2020-07-15T13:29:12","modified_gmt":"2020-07-15T13:29:12","slug":"how-can-a-morbidly-obese-person-remove-unwanted-hair","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/daruliftabirmingham.co.uk\/home\/how-can-a-morbidly-obese-person-remove-unwanted-hair\/","title":{"rendered":"How can a morbidly obese person remove unwanted hair?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I am a morbidly obese (fat) person an when it comes to doing my monthly cleaning (safai) in my private places I find it very hard to do it myself, I also cant use creams and wax to do my cleaning because my skin is very sensitive to these products?<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Answer<\/p>\n<p>Saaiduna Abu Huraira Radiallahu Anhu narrates that the Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam said \u201cFive practices are of Fitra: circumcision, shaving the pubic hair, clipping the nails and cutting the moustache short.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 (Sahih Bukhari p.874 v.2)<\/p>\n<p>It is recommended to remove the pubic hair every seven days.\u00a0 It is also permissible to delay this to fifteen days, beyond forty days is Makruh Tahrimi and sinful.\u00a0 (Bashti Zewar p.479)<\/p>\n<p>The hair should not be left longer than forty days.\u00a0 This is because of the hadith narrated by Saaiduna Anas bin Malik Radiallahu Anhu who said, \u201cHe set us a time limit of no more than forty days for trimming the moustache, clipping the nails, plucking of armpit hairs and shaving the pubic hair.\u201d\u00a0 (Sahih Bukhari &amp; Sahih Muslim)<\/p>\n<p>Regarding your question, if you have a husband then he can do it for you.
