Another narration of Saaiduna Anas Radiallahu Anhu also confirms this. \u201cEvery building is a tribulation for the builder, except that which is necessary, because it is not a nuisance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It is commentated in Ruhal Maani that without genuine requirement construction of tall buildings is contemptible and condemned under the shariah.
