\n\tSir I have a question that my mother bring some chocolate that contain pork gelatine that I don't read the contents and all of family members eat that chocolate  mistake is mine because I did not read them can you tell me sir how I do the kafara of that please sir sort out my problem<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAs you and your family eat the chocolates which contained pork gelatine unintentionally, there is no sin in your actions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIt is desirable, but not necessary to vomit out anything haram one has consumed.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIt is mentioned in a hadith in Sahih Bukhari that, "Saaiduna Abu Bakr \"ra\u1e0dyAll\u0101hu had a slave who used to give him some of his earnings. Saaiduna Abu Bakr \"ra\u1e0dyAll\u0101hu used to eat from it. One day he brought something and Saaiduna Abu Bakr \"ra\u1e0dyAll\u0101hu ate from it. The slave said to him, “Do you know what this is?” Saaiduna Abu Bakr \"ra\u1e0dyAll\u0101hu then enquired, “What is it?” The slave said, “Once, in the pre-Islamic period of ignorance I foretold somebody’s future though I did not know this knowledge of foretelling but I cheated him, and when he met me, he gave me something for that service, and that is what you have eaten from.” Then Saaiduna Abu Bakr \"ra\u1e0dyAll\u0101hu put his hand in his mouth and vomited whatever was present in his stomach" (Mazahirul Haqq p.450 v.3)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
