Furthermore, Hazrat quoting a passage from Allahmah Ibn Abideen Shami&rsquo;s [rahi]mahu Raddul Muhtar (p.557 v.1) has said that if the toilet area is clean and purified from any filth then it will be permissible to read such duas verbally. However, one can read it silently in his heart if he wishes.
