\n\tIn the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIt is permissible to approach your wife from the rear entry position. This is when the husband enters the wife when she has her back to him.  The wife can be facing down in a posture of prostration.  She may also get on the hands and knees whilst her husband kneels behind her.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSaaiduna Ibn Abbas \"ra\u1e0dyAll\u0101hu narrates that Saaiduna Umar \"ra\u1e0dyAll\u0101hu came to the Prophet of Allah \"\u1e63allall\u0101hu and said “O Prophet of Allah! I have been doomed.”  He said, “What is it that has doomed you?”  He said “I changed my saddle last night (referring to having sex with his wife from behind but in the vagina)”.  The Prophet of Allah \"\u1e63allall\u0101hu did not say anything until this verse was revealed unto him.  “Your wives are tillage for you to cultivate.  So approach your tillage from wherever you wish”.  The Prophet said “Approach her from the front or the back but avoid the anus and period of menstruation”.   (Sunan Tirmizi p.127 v.2)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
