(Kitabul Fiqh p.603 v.1)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The following conditions are necessary for the Jummah Salah to be correct:<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">A large town<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Time of Zuhr prayer<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The Khutbah<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Congregation<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">There are three people besides the Imam (four Muslims) at your workplace which will constitute the congregation.&nbsp; The presence of females or minors only is not enough.&nbsp;&nbsp; (Raddul Muhtar p.24 v.3)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"5\">\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Izn Aaam (general call for the prayer)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">It is permissible to undertake a journey before the beginning the Zuhr prayer (Zawaal) on Friday. However, it is Makruh Tahreemi to undertake a journey after Zawaal on a Friday without performing the Jummah Salah as Jummah Salah is obligatory upon a Muqeem (resident of a town).<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Saaiduna Ibn Umar <img title=\"ra\u1e0dyAll\u0101hu 'anhu (may All\u0101h be pleased with him)\" alt=\"ra\u1e0dyAll\u0101hu 'anhu (may All\u0101h be pleased with him)\" class=\"islamic_graphic\" src=\"https:\/\/daruliftabirmingham.co.uk\/wp-content\/plugins\/islamic-graphics\/img\/black\/20\/ranhu.png\" height=\"12px\"> has satated, &ldquo;Jummah does not prevent a person from undertaking a journey as long as the time for the Jummah Salah has not arrived.
