Is there any restriction on the use of these tablets\/methods by Shriah?&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Answer:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<a href=\"http:\/\/daruliftabirmingham.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Bismillah.jpg\" rel=\"\" target=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Bismillah\" height=\"50\" src=\"http:\/\/daruliftabirmingham.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Bismillah.jpg\" title=\"\" width=\"267\" \/><\/a>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Below are stated some types of contraception and regarding their permissibility\/restriction:<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/contraception.about.com\/od\/naturalmethods\/tp\/behavioral.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Natural family planning<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;\">:<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color:#000000;\">&nbsp;This was commonly practiced during the time of the Prophet Muhammad <img title=\"\u1e63allall\u0101hu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of All\u0101h be upon him)\" alt=\"\u1e63allall\u0101hu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of All\u0101h be upon him)\" class=\"islamic_graphic\" src=\"https:\/\/daruliftabirmingham.co.uk\/wp-content\/plugins\/islamic-graphics\/img\/black\/20\/saw.png\" height=\"12px\">, and he did not universally object to it. Spouses need to be sensitive to each other&rsquo;s needs for fulfillment, however, and practice this method only if both agree.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/contraception.about.com\/od\/contraceptionoverview\/p\/methods.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Barrier methods<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;\">&nbsp;(condoms, diaphragms, etc.):<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color:#000000;\">&nbsp;These are designed to prevent conception, and are therefore accepted by most Muslim scholars.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/contraception.about.com\/od\/prescriptionoptions\/tp\/glossary.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Hormonal and other methods<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;\">&nbsp;(pill, patch, IUD, etc.):<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color:#000000;\">&nbsp;These work through a combination of preventing fertilization and interfering with implantation.
