The difference of opinion is when the Imam prays without Wudu unknowingly then after the Salah has finished he realizes he was not in the State of Wudu. Some of the chains are weak however taking all the chains into account most of the scholars of Hadees have classified this hadees as reliable including the following:<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Ibn Hajar<\/span><a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\" title=\"\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">[2]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;\"> Zayla&rsquo;ee<\/span><a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\" title=\"\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">[3]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;\"> Ahmad Shakir<\/span><a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\" title=\"\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">[4]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;\"> Albani<\/span><a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\" title=\"\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">[5]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;\"> Ibn Mulaqin<\/span><a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\" title=\"\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">[6]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Ibn Khuzaimah<\/span><a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\" title=\"\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">[7]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;\"> Ibn Hibban<\/span><a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\" title=\"\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">[8]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;\"> and shuaib Arna&rsquo;oot<\/span><a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\" title=\"\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">[9]<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Some of the Scholars who don&rsquo;t accept the authenticity of this Hadees include Ali Al Madeeni<\/span><a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\" title=\"\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">[10]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;\"> and Abdul Azeez At Tareefi<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">So if breaking of the Wudu does not have a impact upon the Jamat, one may ask then how does the Imam remain liable as according to this Hadees?<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span dir=\"RTL\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">\u0645\u062d\u0645\u062f \u0628\u0646 \u0627\u0644\u062d\u0633\u0646&nbsp;\u0641\u064a \u0643\u062a\u0627\u0628 \u0627\u0644\u0622\u062b\u0627\u0631 : \u0623\u0646\u0628\u0623\u0646\u0627&nbsp;\u0625\u0628\u0631\u0627\u0647\u064a\u0645 \u0628\u0646 \u064a\u0632\u064a\u062f \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0643\u064a&nbsp;\u060c \u0639\u0646&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/library.islamweb.net\/newlibrary\/showalam.php?ids=16666\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">\u0639\u0645\u0631\u0648 \u0628\u0646 \u062f\u064a\u0646\u0627\u0631&nbsp;<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;\">\u060c \u0623\u0646&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/library.islamweb.net\/newlibrary\/showalam.php?ids=8\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">\u0639\u0644\u064a \u0628\u0646 \u0623\u0628\u064a \u0637\u0627\u0644\u0628&nbsp;<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;\">\u0642\u0627\u0644 \u0641\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0631\u062c\u0644 \u064a\u0635\u0644\u064a \u0628\u0627\u0644\u0642\u0648\u0645 \u062c\u0646\u0628\u0627 \u0642\u0627\u0644 : \u064a\u0639\u064a\u062f \u0648\u064a\u0639\u064a\u062f\u0648\u0646<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Imam Muhammad reports in his Athaar that Ali <img title=\"ra\u1e0dyAll\u0101hu 'anhu (may All\u0101h be pleased with him)\" alt=\"ra\u1e0dyAll\u0101hu 'anhu (may All\u0101h be pleased with him)\" class=\"islamic_graphic\" src=\"https:\/\/daruliftabirmingham.co.uk\/wp-content\/plugins\/islamic-graphics\/img\/black\/20\/ranhu.png\" height=\"12px\">&nbsp;Said about a person who leads people in Salah in a state of Janabat ( major impurity) &ldquo; He will repeat his Salah and they will also repeat&rdquo;<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">This narration is also narrated by Ibn Abi Shaba<\/span><a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\" title=\"\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">[11]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;\"> and by Abdur Razaq in his mussannaf<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Perhaps This is the narration you mentioned in your question. However the authenticity of this narration questionable.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">There is also another report from Ali <img title=\"ra\u1e0dyAll\u0101hu 'anhu (may All\u0101h be pleased with him)\" alt=\"ra\u1e0dyAll\u0101hu 'anhu (may All\u0101h be pleased with him)\" class=\"islamic_graphic\" src=\"https:\/\/daruliftabirmingham.co.uk\/wp-content\/plugins\/islamic-graphics\/img\/black\/20\/ranhu.png\" height=\"12px\">&nbsp; mentioning the same opinion but that is also weak.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Imam Muhamad in kitaabul athaar reports with a reliable chain from Ataah bin Abi Rabaah that such a person should repeat his Salah<\/span><a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\" title=\"\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">[12]<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Imam Muhammed reports with a reliable chain from Ibraheem An Nakhaiee that such a person should repeat his Salah<\/span><a href=\"#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\" title=\"\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">[13]<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Imam Muhammad also reports in Kitabul athaar with a chain who&rsquo;snarrators &nbsp;are reliable from Ibn Seereen that he said &ldquo; I prefer that they repeat their Salah<\/span><a href=\"#_ftn14\" name=\"_ftnref14\" title=\"\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">[14]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;\">. In fact the very same words are narrated from Sufyasn As thoori.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The Hanafi Madhhab also uses sound logic as backup evidence. This includes the following points:<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">If the Imam did something else that breaks Salah, such as talking in Salah , then everyone accepts the Salah is not valid. Why is the same ruling not applied here?<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">If the Imam was to break his wudu in Salah and continue , then again everyone accepts the Salah is not valid. How can the Salah be valid when the Imam &nbsp;is &nbsp;without wudu for whole of the Salah and not be valid when the Imam is without wudu for some of &nbsp;the Salah?<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">If forgetfulness is an valid excess then why is it not applied for any other essential part of salah?
