Question:

What is the ruling of a person who drank a glass of milk intentionally while the azan of fajr is going on?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

It is not clear from your question whether you are asking about this due to fasting in Ramadan or not. Assuming it is about fasting in Ramadan, and assuming the azan of fajr was given in its proper time after the start of fajr, the person’s fast has been broken and is invalid due to deliberately drinking during after start of fajr. If the person did this knowingly and was sure that fajr time had begun, he will have to make up the fast (qadha) and pay/perform kaffara of the fast.1
