Question:

Are tears from dry eyes impure?  I also have blepharitis which is said to cause watery eyes. However,mainly, my eyes feel dry and when I blink water or sometimes tears come out. I’m not sure if it’s najis cause when my eyes are dry they feel like they are burning when I close them to blink.

Answer 

If the water coming out of your eyes is due to some illness of the eyes or accompanied by pain it will be considered as impure and break the wudhu.
