Question:

Would anyone know anyone who can arrange slaughtering in haram for dam? Someone who can do it speedily.

Answer:

If it is necessary for you to give Dam, then it must be carried out within the boundaries of the Haram. In terms of arranging it, unfortunately we do not offer this service. You may consider asking a friend or relative who is traveling for Hajj or Umrah to arrange it on your behalf.
