Question:

If a mutakif gives azaan is his i’tikaf broken the place to give the azaan is out of the boundary

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

The Mutakif giving Azan does not break his i’tikaf, even if the place to give the azan is outside the masjid.

ولو صعد المئذنة لم يفسد اعتكافه بلا خلاف وإن كان باب المئذنة خارج المسجد كذا في البدائع، والمؤذن وغيره فيه سواء هو الصحيح
