Question:

So I performed wudhu for zuhr salah and after I prayed I was cleaning my nose out and found some dirt on the tissue, does this mean I have to do wudu again or is my salah ok? I did rinse my nose but I can’t go all the way in my nose as my nose tissue is sensitive and tends to bleed straight away so I rinse it calmly.

Answer:

Wudū will only be broken by impurities exiting the body from the private parts or any other part of the body. Wudū will not be broken by dust particles going into the nostrils and coming back out back. 

Your Wudū and Salāh will be valid and accepted since none of the breakers of Wudū was found.

«حاشية ابن عابدين = رد المحتار ط الحلبي» (1/ 134):

«(وَيَنْقُضُهُ) خُرُوجُ مِنْهُ كُلِّ خَارِجٍ (نَجَسٍ) بِالْفَتْحِ وَيُكْسَرُ (مِنْهُ) أَيْ مِنْ الْمُتَوَضِّئِ الْحَيِّ مُعْتَادًا أَوْ لَا، مِنْ السَّبِيلَيْنِ أَوْ لَا (إلَى مَا يُطَهَّرُ) بِالْبِنَاءِ لِلْمَفْعُولِ: أَيْ يَلْحَقُهُ حُكْمُ التَّطْهِيرِ.

«الفتاوى العالمكيرية = الفتاوى الهندية» (1/ 9):

«(الفصل الخامس في نواقض الوضوء) منها ما يخرج من السبيلين من البول والغائط والريح الخارجة من الدبر والودي والمذي والمني والدودة والحصاة، الغائط يوجب الوضوء قل أو كثر وكذلك البول والريح الخارجة من الدبر. كذا في المحيط»
