1 Is fermented wheat commonly found in bread and rolls halal

2 Is spirit vinegar commonly found in bread and mayonnaise and baked beans halal according to the Hanafi perspective

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

Aishah (Ra) narrates that Nabi ﷺ said: All drinks that intoxicate are unlawful (Sahih Al Bukhari, 242)

Fermented wheat in bread and rolls is Halal (Raddul Mukhtar, Vol 10, Pg 34)

It is permissible to consume products with spirit vinegar as vinegar is Halaal (Badai Al Sanai, Vol 6, Pg 403).
