Question:
Is it Halal to earn through squadhelp (there you enter a competition and give the name for companies if the company chooses your name you get paid)?

Answer:
If you are unsure of whether or not they will receive the money, it will be considered to be gambling. In Islam, all forms of gambling are forbidden.
In the scenario provided, if you as each individual/team pay an entrance fee and may or may not win the prize at the end then this will also be considered as gambling and will not be permissible.[i][ii]

[ii]Raddul Muhtar, Book of Transaction, Page 551-552, Maktabatul Waheediyyah:- You cannot attach transaction to the future and cannot attach a condition as there is a danger of gambling in it.
