Question

ARE THERE LEVELS OF FARD AL-KIFAYAH?

Answer

In simple terms no.

The reason for this is that the term Fard Al Kifiya is already a fixed term and a fixed level.

By saying Fard you have excluded all other possible levels such as Wajib, Sunnah, Mustahab, Makrooh and Haram.

Likewise, by saying Kifaya you have excluded Ain ( عين).

It's, for this reason, you will not find a mention of levels of Fard Al Kifayah in the Fiqh books
