Question:

Three people shared a cow. The slaughterer verbally named two people while slaughtering, he did not mention the third person by name.

Is it valid?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

It is not necessary for the slaughterer to mention the names of each person for whom he is performing Qurbani. The slaughterer should simply have the intention in his mind that he is slaughtering on behalf of all those individuals.
