Question:
If a woman pelted on the 12th before zawal due to a leg injury, do they repeat it? and is there damm for pelting during the impermissible time?
It is now past maghrib (now the 13th) so what should they do?
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Answer:
On the 12th pelting start from zawaal to sunset. One cannot pelt from sunrise till zawaal as it is prohibited. If a person pelt before zawaal it will not be counted.
The makrooh time is from sunset to the next day fajr. If a person is sick or in this case has a leg injury, there is concession for them to pelt at that time for ease.
The pelting should be repeated on the 13th and a dam is necessary. If the time pass, the pelting will be cancel and he will have to pay dam only

وَالْوَقْتُ الْمَسْنُونُ فِيهِمَا يَمْتَدُّ مِنْ الزَّوَالِ إلَى غُرُوبِ الشَّمْسِ، وَمِنْ الْغُرُوبِ إلَى الطُّلُوعِ وَقْتٌ مَكْرُوهٌ
وَكَذَا لَوْ أَخَّرَ الْكُلَّ إلَى الرَّابِعِ مَا لَمْ تَغْرُبْ شَمْسُهُ، فَلَوْ غَرَبَتْ سَقَطَ الرَّمْيُ وَلَزِمَهُ دَمٌ، وَقَدْ ظَهَرَ بِمَا قَرَّرْنَاهُ أَنَّ مَا ذَكَرَهُ الشَّارِحُ تَبَعًا لِلْبَحْرِ

وَأَمَّا وَقْتُ الرَّمْيِ فِي الْيَوْمِ الثَّانِي وَالثَّالِثِ فَهُوَ مَا بَعْدَ الزَّوَالِ إلَى طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ الْغَدِ حَتَّى لَا يَجُوزَ الرَّمْيُ فِيهِمَا قَبْلَ الزَّوَالِ إلَّا أَنَّ مَا بَعْدَ الزَّوَالِ إلَى غُرُوبِ الشَّمْسِ وَقْتٌ مَسْنُونٌ وَمَا بَعْدَ الْغُرُوبِ إلَى طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ وَقْتٌ مَكْرُوهٌ هَكَذَا رُوِيَ فِي ظَاهِرِ الرِّوَايَةِ
