Question:

Removing hair or clipping nails in the state of major impurity

Answer:

In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.

It is disliked to remove hair or clip nails in the state of janabah i.e. in major ritual impurity. (Fatawa Hindiyyah p.358 v.5)
