Trusts or Schemes which are based on interest.

In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.

Answer

Wherever there is riba and interest involved, such a scheme will be unlawful.

Saaiduna Abu Hurairah Radiallahu Anhu narrates that the Prophet of Allah Salllallahu Alahi Wasalam said, “A time will come upon people when almost everyone will eat from usury, to the extent that those who refrain from it will be exposed to its ‘dust’. (Sunan Ibn Majah p.165 v.2

It is one of the signs of Day of Judgement that things which are unlawful in Islam will start being legitimized by people giving different names to it. This is clearly evident from the following hadith regarding alcohol. The Prophet of Allah Salllallahu Alahi Wasalam said, “Verily, a portion of my nation shall surely legitimize alcohol, by [using for it] a name which they will call it [instead].” (Sunan Ibn Majah p.242 v.2)

The conclusion to your questions is any schemes which entail the taking and giving of interest they are unlawful in Islam.
