Question:

A person is performing Tamattu’ Haj. Umrah is complete and is out of Ihram currently.

He wants to perform sa’ee of Haj on the 3rd or 4^th of Dhul Hijjah.

Is ihram conditional?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

Yes, he must be wearing his ihram and perform the sa’ee after a tawaaf, even if it is a nafl tawaaf.

شرئطِ سعى:

دوسرى شرط :يہ ہے کہ سعی پورا طواف يا اكثر طواف كرنے کے بعد ہو خواہ طواف ہی ہو…..

تيسرى شرط :احرام حج يا عمره كا سعي پر مقدم ہوناـ اگر کوئی شخص احرام سے پہلے سعی کرے گا تو صحيح نہ ہگی ………… اس ميں يہ تفصيل ہے کہ اگر حج كى سعى كرتا ہے (خواه قارن ہو يا متمتع يا مفرد) اور وقوف عرفہ سے پہلے کرتا ہے تو احرام كا ہونا سعى كے وقت شرط ہےـ
