Is it necessary to have a bath after bathing a deceased?

Answer

Abu Hurayrah (Radiallaho anhu) narrates that the Prophet (sallal laho alayhi wa sallam) said: He who washes the dead body, should take a bath. (Al-Tirmidhi, 193)

Although it is not necessary to have a bath after completing bathing a deceased; it is Mustahab (desirable). (Raddul Muhtar, Vol1, P636)
