Question:

Assalaamu alaikum sir. Mera sawaal yeh hai kya mere ek dost ne bimari ke haalat mai khuda se ahad liya tha ki agar woh thik ho jaye to koi sex nahi karega. Agar woh sex karega to us par khuda ka ajaab aaye. Magar usne is ahad ko mukaammal tarike se nahi nibhaya or tod diya. To use kya karna chaiye. or usey ahad k sharaiyat ka ilm bhi nahi tha. agar koi raasta hai to hamey batayein.

Answer:

Bismillah

In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.

Allah subḥānahu wa ta'āla (glorified and exalted be He) says in Sura al-Ma'idah:

“Allah will not call you to account for what is futile in your oaths, but He will call you to account for your deliberate oaths: for expiation, feed ten indigent persons, on a scale of the average for the food of your families; or clothe them; or give a slave his freedom. If that is beyond your means, fast for three days. That is the expiation for the oaths ye have sworn. But keep to your oaths. Thus Allah makes clear to you His signs, that ye may be grateful.”

(Sura 05 al- Ma'idah v89)

Therefore your friend has a choice between feeding ten poor people of the average food he feeds his family, or provide them with clothes, or free a slave. If he is unable to carry out any of these options then he must fast for three days consecutively.
