Question:
If I’m still in ايام النحر , can I do my Qurbani in a country which has passed ايام النحر ?

Answer:
The validity of qurbani is determined by the place where the sacrifice is actually performed, not by the location of the person on whose behalf it is offered. Therefore, if you are personally still within the Ayyam Al-Nahr, but the country where the animal is being slaughtered has already exited the days of sacrifice, then the qurbani will not be valid there [1].
Accordingly, if a person in the UK authorises qurbani in another country, the consideration in determining validity is the sunset and dates of that country, not the UK. If the slaughter takes place after sunset on the 12th of Dhul-Hijjah, then the sacrifice is invalid even if another country is still within Ayyam al-Nahr due to time differences.
