Question:
Is the farje daakhil considered to be the external or internal or the body for wudu purposes etc

Answer:
The ‘farje daakhil’, i.e., the internal part of the private organ, is legally treated as internal, not external, for the rulings of wudhu, and ghusl [1]. Therefore, touching the internal part does not invalidate wudhu, and impurity takes the ruling of external discharge once it reaches the external area ‘farje kharij’.
In ghusl, however, what is reasonably accessible from the internal opening must be washed because it is connected to purification of the apparent body, while deep internal regions beyond normal access are not obligatory to wash.
