Question:

Can a husband kiss or suck his wife’s toes

Answer:

In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.

It is permissible for the husband to take benefit from all parts of his wife’s body.  Therefore it is permissible to kiss and suck the toes of his wife. (Islamic Guide to Sexual Relations, Mufti Muhammad Ibn Adam Al Kawthari, p.62)
