Can Muslim women make dua while on their periods?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

It is permissible for women to do duas, zikir and tasbeeh during the periods.[i]

It is impermissible to recite and touch the Holy Qur’an during her periods[ii], but it is permissible to recite verses from the Holy Qur’an with the intention of duas and not for recitation. [ii].

Only Allah knows best.
