Question
Would Salah break if بمثلى is said instead of بمثله?
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Answer:
If the Imam recites a mistake that will change the meaning of the Qur’ān either by adding, subtracting, or reading another word in place of that word then the prayer will be fāsid. In this case, the mistake doesn’t change the intended meaning of the sentence.[1]
