Question
In kaffarah of qasam, can the person choose between fast and feeding people or is it in order?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Answer:
Concerning the acts of the Kaffarah, Allah has clearly stated that they remain in their specified order as mentioned in the Quranic verse.[1]
The order is as follows;
- Feeding 10 people a moderate meal
- Clothing 10 people
- Freeing a slave
- Fasting 3 days for the one who cannot afford any of the above 3.
May Allah guide us to uphold our oaths and fear him.
