Question
Merasawalhai k agar susarbaho k gaal(cheeks)per bosa ley or bahokoachanalge to kia nikah toot jatahai?
Answer
If the father in law kisses with shawah (lust) or the daughter in law had lust when her father in law kissed her, then the nikah will break and there will be no way of getting back together. However, the nikah will not break just on the basis of either of them disliking the act of kissing.
قال في در المختار ما نصه.
(وَمِنْ مَحْرَمِهِ) هِيَ مَنْ لَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ نِكَاحُهَا أَبَدًا بِنَسَبٍ أَوْ سَبَبٍ وَلَوْ بِزِنًا (إلَى الرَّأْسِ وَالْوَجْهِ وَالصَّدْرِ وَالسَّاقِ وَالْعَضُدِ إنْ أَمِنَ شَهْوَتَهُ) وَشَهْوَتَهَا أَيْضًا ذَكَرَهُ فِي الْهِدَايَةِ
وفي حاشيته رد المختار
(قَوْلُهُ أَوْ سَبَبٍ) كَالرَّضَاعِ وَالْمُصَاهَرَةِ
وفي در المختار ايضا
(وَمَا حَلَّ نَظَرُهُ) مِمَّا مَرَّ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَى (حَلَّ لَمْسُهُ) إذَا أَمِنَ الشَّهْوَةَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ وَعَلَيْهَا
